This fee is a percentage of the total funds raised. It covers the costs of running our platform, providing a secure and reliable experience, and offering tools and support for your campaign.

This is a standard fee charged by our third-party payment processor for handling all transactions. It is deducted from each pledge as it's received.
How It Works

ModelWe operate on an "All or Nothing" model. This means funds are only released to you and fees are only collected if your project reaches its funding goal. If the goal is not met, all pledges are returned to your backers.

Dropped Pledges
Some payments may fail due to expired cards or other issues. Be prepared for a small percentage of pledges (typically 3-5%) to drop off after the campaign ends.

Currency Conversion
If you are receiving funds in a different currency than your bank account, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Fulfillment & Shipping
These costs are not included in our fees. You are responsible for all expenses related to producing and shipping rewards to your backers.
